Team Building + Mentorship / You Make A Difference Program

​Through the YM@D (You Make a Difference) program I had the opportunity to draw on the deep well of talent within GM Design. From scratch, I created an outreach program that has enabled hundreds of young people to find their passion in the world of design.

YM@D was also created to bring together a multidisciplinary volunteer force to “pay it forward” to the future of design. This was accomplished by mentoring 30 candidates at a time through the 22 week YM@D program each October to April for the past nine years.
